Attorney Madeline Ross Mojica

  • Background: Madeline is a committed Attorney who enjoys helping clients feel confident and informed about their legal decisions. Madeline graduated with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida, in Gainesville. Thereafter, Madeline attended law school where she met her husband Federico and graduated cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Michigan. She currently serves on the board of the Sarasota South County Bar Association, where she enjoys being actively involved in the local legal community.
  • Legal Practice: Practicing alongside her mother and husband in their family-run law firm, Madeline finds deep fulfillment in serving clients with a team that shares her values of integrity, education, and personalized attention. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate important life decisions with care, clarity, and compassion. Madeline enjoys educating her clients, so they walk away not only with well-crafted legal documents, but also with the knowledge to truly understand them.
  • Personal Pursuits: Outside of the office, Madeline is an avid reader who loves spending time in nature and exploring new places through travel. She loves cheering on her favorite college sports teams the Florida Gators and MSU Spartans. Most of all, she enjoys being with her family—especially her young son.

Attorney Federico Mojica

  • Background: After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University, Federico went on to receive his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. His academic path reflects a long-standing commitment to understanding government, law, and public service.
  • Legal Practice: After graduating from law school, Federico relocated to the Sarasota area and joined The Law Office of Annette Z.P. Ross. Federico is known for his straightforward approach and focus on results. He takes pride in helping clients achieve their goals efficiently and offering practical solutions to complex legal challenges. His clear communication and problem-solving skills make him a trusted advocate.
  • Personal Pursuits: Outside the office, Federico enjoys watching great films, following soccer, and jumping into the occasional pickup game. He especially values spending time traveling with his family and exploring new places together.

Annette Z.P. Ross

Attorney Ross of the Law Office of Annette Z.P. Ross, PL., has been practicing law for more than four decades. Upon graduating law school, Attorney Ross was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1981. Shortly thereafter, she found her passion in Estate Planning. In 1998, Attorney Ross decided to relocate with her family from Massachusetts to Florida. After passing the Florida State Bar in 1999, she set up her law practice in Venice. Since then, she has continued to provide many Florida residents, along with their families, legal services in Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Trust Administration, and Elder Law with compassion and respect.
